- We accept returns for 30 days of purchase.
- To cancel your order, it is necessary to contact our customer support team. This can be done by sending an email to our support email address. Once your request has been received, our team will ensure that your order is cancelled promptly.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.
- If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the remaining items in their original condition to our facility, following our instructions, to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that return shipping fees via USPS may apply.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label if you qualify for a return. In some instances, return shipping fees from USPS may apply.
- We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
- Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- There is no restocking fee.
